ICF offers globally recognized and independent credentialing programs that set the benchmark for professional coaching. An ICF Credential is a mark of excellence, awarded to coaches who meet stringent educational and experiential standards and demonstrate unwavering dedication to coaching mastery. To qualify, coaches must undergo specialized training, complete a required number of coaching hours, work with a certified Mentor Coach, and exhibit a deep understanding of the ICF's coaching philosophy, Code of Ethics, and Core Competencies. Mashar has proudly been an ICF-accredited coach training provider since 2013, recognized by the International Coach Federation, the world’s leading organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession. As pioneers in Kuwait, Mashar is the first and only company to design and implement a coaching program tailored to the unique organizational culture of Kuwait. This program has been meticulously updated and renewed twice since its inception in 2013, ensuring it remains relevant and impactful.
